He is a Fellow of the CIPD and Fellow of the RSA and a Principle Certified Business Pychologist with the association of Business Psychology. He has held senior positions including Board level and Non Executive and has 30 years experience working in and with a number of large corporates across the Public and Private sectors, including Retail, Pharma, Utilities, FMCG, Automotive, Aviation, Technology, FMCG, Health, Property, Financial services, Construction, Government, Defence and Charities in the UK and internationally. Nigel specialises in strategy review, operating model design, organisational transformation, Board and senior management effectiveness and major programmes of change.

Simon has an academic background in linguistics and economics ans is a seasoned executive with a distinguished and extensive background across various Private and Public sectors, particularly in complex business environments to turnaround, recover and transition strategic programmes of works in nuclear, aviation, engineering, retail, hospitality, and education. He is a proficient C-suite executive, Non-executive Director, and Board member. His leadership roles include Chair, Vice Chair and Member to numerous Boards and Committees where he specialises in Strategic, Commercial operations and financial oversight. His expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic oversight extends to consultancy for healthcare and mental well-being start-ups, including a global web-based psychology service.
